— About Me
Hi, I'm
Veronika.

I've been asking questions for as long as I can remember.
As a child, I spent hours exploring the moons of Jupiter and trying to understand how all kinds of things worked. Every answer seemed to open at least three new questions.
That curiosity eventually expanded beyond planets. Into people. Into learning. Into why some ideas stay with us while others disappear. Into the invisible dynamics that shape how we experience the world. Into the relationship between technology and human behaviour.
Over time, that curiosity pulled me into storytelling, learning experiences, communication strategy, podcasting, photography, workshop and event design, and systems thinking.
But beneath all of it, I think I've always been interested in the same thing: how people learn, grow, connect, and make sense of the world.
I care deeply about making things feel more intuitive, understandable, functional, more human, more alive — whether that means improving a process, shaping a story, designing a communication concept, mentoring junior colleagues, or creating environments where people feel and see they are developing.
Some of the most meaningful moments in my work have come from helping people grow. Not by giving them every answer, but by helping them learn how to think, explore, question, and build confidence in their own understanding.
I think curiosity works the same way.
At its best, it's slightly chaotic, deeply engaged, and full of possibility.
That's part of why I'm drawn to spaces where learning, emerging technology, foresight, and human psychology meet.
I'm fascinated by how people process knowledge, how technology co-shapes the way we think, and how we can create systems that make learning feel less like an extra task and more like a natural part of life.
Outside of work, I'm usually exploring something.
Forests. Mountains. Spaces. Languages. Human behaviour. Alternate ways things could function. The emotional side of learning. The things people don't say out loud.
I'm drawn to people who are curious, thoughtful, collaborative, reflective, and courageous enough to question familiar ways of thinking.
The kind of environments where people are trusted enough to experiment, fail, learn, improve, and build something meaningful together.
I hope my work leaves people with the same feeling I value most myself: a sense of curiosity, wonder, and excitement to explore something further.
